Content Marketing Intern

📍 Hà Nội💼 Internship

Position

We are hiring 2 Content Marketing Interns:

  1. Content Intern — PackPilot VN Mentor: Founder + Community Lead as co-mentor for Vietnam market context
  2. Content Intern — KiddoTap US Mentor: Founder

Note: TendLog already has a full-time Marketing Lead owner, so we are not hiring interns for TendLog in this round.

Why Agenon Is Different

Content Interns at Agenon do not work on “social media planning templates” or write “10 content ideas” for a mock brand.

From Week 2 onward, after 1 week of audit and onboarding, you will produce real content and publish it on Agenon’s real channels, reaching real audiences:

  • PackPilot: Vietnam travel Facebook groups with tens of thousands of members + TikTok pre-launch content
  • KiddoTap: A channel mix that you propose, such as SEO/blog, Pinterest, Instagram, parent/provider Facebook groups, Reddit, etc., executed on channels with real US audiences

Every post will generate real engagement metrics and a real learning loop.

Our Marketing Lead has already proven this approach with TikTok @tendlog: 50+ videos, built by one person using an AI-assisted workflow. You will apply the same philosophy to PackPilot and KiddoTap.

The content you produce over approximately 16 weeks will become a real portfolio — not a mock-up. You will leave the program with:

  • 15–25 live content pieces
  • At least one mini-campaign with performance metrics
  • Depending on timing, one full lifecycle launch campaign

AI-first Documentation: The Core Difference from Traditional Content Work

Content Interns at Agenon are required to use AI to generate all content-related documentation — not write everything manually from scratch.

This is a core difference from traditional content marketing and a chance to adapt to the fast-growing AI era.

Specifically:

  • Every document, including brand voice docs, content briefs, video scripts, caption batches, hook variants, content calendars, community response templates, performance reports, and SEO outlines, should be generated with AI based on existing brand voice and insights, then reviewed and iterated by you.
  • Agenon does not already have SOPs or templates for every type of content document. You will own the process of building templates and workflows from scratch, then iterating with your mentor. This will become an important portfolio piece.
  • Documentation must meet two standards at the same time:
    • AI-friendly: clearly structured with heading hierarchy, hook IDs, theme tags, anchors, and machine-parseable formatting for reuse in batch production
    • Human-readable: easy for mentors to review quickly, not a dry JSON dump
  • You will learn how to prompt AI from a topic and brand voice to generate 5–10 hook/headline variants for A/B testing instead of getting stuck with the first idea.
  • You will learn how to critically review AI output: which captions sound natural, which hooks sound robotic, and when AI misses cultural context.

Concrete Example: PackPilot VN

Instead of manually writing captions for 5 Facebook posts in one session, you prompt AI to generate caption drafts based on a content brief and Vietnam travel humor references. Then you review and edit cultural nuance in 30 minutes.

Output: 5 posts ready to publish. The remaining time can be used to engage with real communities and research new trends.

Concrete Example: KiddoTap US

Instead of spending 4 hours writing a 1,500-word SEO blog post manually, you prompt AI to generate an outline and draft based on keyword research and a brand voice document in 30 minutes. Then you edit it for US childcare cultural nuance and add a personal angle in 1 hour.

Output: A blog post ready to submit. The remaining time can be used to research new keyword clusters and analyze competitor blogs.

Many places teach AI prompting already, such as marketing bootcamps or content courses, but most of them are theoretical or based on mock brands.

At Agenon, you will receive on-the-job training on real channels, with real audiences, real mentor reviews, and live published output.

While traditional content work may spend 60% of the time typing and formatting briefs, you will spend 60% of your time thinking about users, understanding audiences, iterating AI output, and engaging with real communities.

Important: AI-assisted does not mean raw AI-generated content. Every piece of content you ship must be reviewed by you, and you are responsible for the final output. AI is an augmenting partner, not your replacement.

Requirements

Must-have — For Both Roles

  • 2nd-year university student or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Design, or a related field
  • Or from another major, but with an impressive personal or freelance content portfolio
  • Previous experience creating content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Pinterest, or for small projects
  • Portfolio submission required
  • Previous experience using AI tools for work or study — this is the baseline. You will go deeper into AI-augmented content workflows at Agenon
  • Good aesthetic sense and hook-writing ability
  • Commitment of 10–15 hours/week continuously from start date to 31 August 2026

Specific Requirements — Content PackPilot VN

This role targets the Vietnam market.

Hard Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Vietnam travel communities on Facebook and TikTok
  • Strong Vietnamese writing skills, with a good sense of local humor and trends
  • A small network in Vietnam travel communities is a plus
  • English is not mandatory, as long as you can read an English brand voice document

Specific Requirements — Content KiddoTap US

This role targets the US market.

Hard Requirements

  • Strong English writing skills — you will write 1,000–2,000-word SEO blog posts, English captions, and daily English community engagement content
  • Good English reading and listening skills — you will research US daycare/parenting content, read competitor blogs, and watch provider-focused podcasts
  • Understanding of, or strong willingness to deeply research, US childcare and parenting culture, especially the home daycare provider segment, which is very specific and different from general parenting content
  • Comfortable with asynchronous work — US morning is late night in Vietnam, so you cannot rely on real-time conversations with US audiences. Your strategy must fit this constraint.
  • SEO or long-form content background is preferred over TikTok-only experience, because KiddoTap’s channel mix may lean more toward SEO and Pinterest than short-form video

Nice to Have — For Both Roles

  • Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere, or Canva
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as TikTok Analytics, Facebook Insights, Pinterest Analytics, Google Search Console, Buffer, or Later
  • Experience using AI tools for content production, such as voice generation, copy generation, or image generation
  • Experience prompting AI to generate scripts, hooks, captions, or SEO outlines
  • For KiddoTap: previous experience writing SEO blog posts that were indexed and ranked
  • Storytelling background

Mindset We Are Looking For

  • AI-curious: You are not afraid of AI replacing content creators. Instead, you are curious about how AI can augment creators.
  • Curious about users: You want to understand why an audience taps on a post, reads a blog, or ignores a hook.
  • Strategic thinker: Especially for KiddoTap, you do not only execute. You propose channel strategy with clear rationale.
  • Critical reviewer: You can tell which AI-generated hooks sound natural and which ones sound robotic.
  • Bias for shipping: Perfect is the enemy of good.
  • Comfortable with constant feedback loops: Algorithms are harsh, and SEO rankings are volatile.
  • Honest about performance: You do not spin numbers.

What You Will Learn

  • AI-augmented content workflow: prompt engineering for hooks, scripts, captions, and SEO outlines, with 2–3x the throughput of traditional content workflows
  • Brand voice development for SaaS/B2C products, using AI-assisted drafts refined by you
  • Performance marketing fundamentals, including engagement rate, watch time, SEO ranking, and conversion proxies
  • For PackPilot: faceless content, Vietnam community building, and full lifecycle launch campaigns
  • For KiddoTap: end-to-end channel strategy design, SEO long-form content marketing, and multi-audience targeting across provider B2B and parent B2C segments
  • Mini-campaign and launch campaign execution from start to finish
  • Cross-functional collaboration with PO interns for insight synthesis and QA for launch coordination
